Revenue

How we increase what your property earns

Most rental properties operate on the same pricing and rental strategy year after year. As market conditions change, that can mean missed opportunities and revenue left on the table. We continuously monitor demand, adjust pricing, and reassess the optimal rental strategy for each property. Whether short-term, mid-term, or a combination of both makes the most sense, we adapt accordingly. Your property is an investment. It should be managed like one.

Protection

How we protect your property while it earns

Every guest and tenant is screened before any booking is confirmed. Security deposits are collected, and third-party coverage applies, including AirCover and other insurance for direct bookings. Properties are inspected between every turnover, and a local vendor network handles maintenance without delay. If something happens, you'll hear it directly from us, along with the steps we're taking to address it.

Flexibility

Strategy that keeps your options open

Unlike traditional long-term rentals, short-term and mid-term strategies can provide owners with greater flexibility. Whether you decide to sell, move into the property, complete renovations, or pursue a different investment plan, you have more control over how and when the property is used. For many investors, that flexibility is a significant advantage, not just the potential for higher returns.

Our approach

We match the strategy to the property

Short-term rentalsMid-term rentalsCorporate housing

Some properties perform best with a single rental strategy, while others benefit from a hybrid approach that evolves with market demand and local regulations. We evaluate each property individually and recommend the model best suited to its goals, location, and potential. You don't need to navigate those decisions yourself, that's what we're here for.

About

Meet Folahan

I started managing properties because I saw a gap between what investors wanted and what they were actually getting. Most owners I work with have spent years building careers and acquiring investment properties. They want those properties to perform, but they don't want another job. As an investor myself, I understand that a rental property isn't just income. It's an asset you worked hard to acquire, and it should be treated that way.

Questions

Common questions

What happens if a guest damages my property?

Every guest is screened before booking. We collect security deposits and carry third-party coverage, including AirCover and other insurance for direct bookings, so you're not exposed if something goes wrong.

How and when do I get paid?

Monthly, in the first week of the month, with a statement showing exactly what came in and what was deducted.

What if I want to end the agreement?

Plans change, and we don't lock owners in. You can end the agreement with 60 days' written notice, no penalty. If we ever raise our fees, you also have the right to walk away on the same notice.
